From your handyman's clock-in to clock-out on site, with a 2-hour minimum per visit. Drive time isn't counted. Hours are only deducted after you approve the completed work in your portal.
Service hours don't roll over to a new term. Your dedicated handyman will help you plan usage throughout the year so they're put to good use — preventive maintenance, small upgrades, seasonal tasks. Hours earned through referrals do roll over.
Cancel before your second handyman visit and we'll refund your full membership fee. No questions, no fine print, no fees. After that, cancellation involves used-hour billing at $120/hr plus a 10% cancellation fee on the remaining membership value.
No — those go through our vetted contractor network. Your membership hours cover non-licensed handyman work (general repair, install, mount, assembly, trim, etc.). For licensed trades, your handyman acts as project manager and we coordinate with insured, licensed contractors.
For larger projects (remodels, outdoor living, multi-trade work), your handyman acts as end-to-end project manager. The PM fee is a percentage of total project cost — including labor, materials, and any change orders — and varies by tier: 15% (Care), 13% (Care+), 12% (Concierge). Short-term services like cleaning or lawn care booked through the app don't have a PM fee.
If you move within our service area (30 miles of Columbus), your remaining hours transfer to the new home. A new Home Health Check-Up at the new address is a separate purchase. If you move outside the service area, used hours are billed at $120/hr and the unused balance is refunded — no extra fees.
Care and Care+ are annual prepay only. Concierge offers a bi-annual option ($2,599 every six months) for added flexibility. Annual prepay lets us assign you a dedicated handyman and plan your year of maintenance properly.
