A regular handyman shows up, does the job, and leaves — and next time, you start over. HomeDaddy assigns one dedicated person to your home year-round. They learn your house, keep records, get ahead of small problems before they become big ones, and coordinate specialists when you need them. It's the difference between an urgent care clinic and a primary care doctor.

Hours don't expire mid-year. On yearly plans, you can use them anytime during your 12-month term. On quarterly plans, hours accrue each quarter and can be used as needed throughout your active subscription. And if you upgrade to a higher tier, any unused hours roll over to your new plan.

Any time your dedicated handyman is at your home doing work you've approved. That includes diagnostics, repairs, installations, small projects, seasonal tasks, and small maintenance items. Travel time to your home isn't counted. Bigger projects that require licensed specialists (a roof, a full remodel) are handled through our contractor network — your handyman coordinates, but those don't draw from your service hours.

Upgrade anytime — your new plan starts the day you upgrade, your unused hours roll over, and you only pay the prorated difference. Downgrades take effect at your next renewal date. This keeps your plan stable for the year ahead while still letting you grow into the right tier as you go.

Yearly saves you money — between $297 and $561 depending on the plan — and includes a slightly better hourly rate for any add-on work. Quarterly gives you flexibility if you'd rather try it for a few months first. Most members who stay beyond six months switch to yearly to capture the savings, and we make that switch effortless: your unused hours come with you.

Those are handled through our vetted, licensed contractor network. You pay the specialist directly at our negotiated member rates, and your HomeDaddy team manages the project end-to-end — sourcing bids, coordinating timelines, and inspecting the work. Project management is 15% (Care), 12% (Care+), or 8% (Concierge) of the project cost, depending on your plan.
