Everything from your checkup reports, photos, findings, recommendations is documented in your portal. This becomes the living record of your home, always accessible and up to date.

Get Your Annual Home Checkup
A certified home inspector visits your property for a comprehensive assessment of every major system — roof, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, foundation, interior, exterior, and more. Every home maintenance system needs a baseline, this is yours.

Receive Your Home Health Score & Plan
After the inspection, you’ll receive a clear Home Health Score along with a detailed repair plan, prioritized recommendations, cost estimates, and a preventative maintenance schedule. The Home Health Score is the intelligence layer of your home management technology turning inspection data into action.

Work with Your Dedicated Handyman
Your dedicated handyman is a full-time HomeDaddy employee — highly trained, background-checked, and skilled across all major home systems. Assigned specifically to your home, they work from your prioritized repair plan with full transparency in your portal. You can just add a to-do in the app and your HomeDaddy will take care of it — you can review, rate, approve, or disapprove the task.
No other home maintenance system gives you a dedicated, W-2 employed handyman who knows your home’s history.

Book Specialty Services
Need cleaning, pressure washing, lawn care, or other specialty services? Book them directly through the HomeDaddy marketplace — with quality oversight and everything tracked in your portal.

For larger home improvements, your handyman acts as your project manager scoping work, gathering bids, coordinating vendors, and overseeing quality, so you always have visibility and confidence. Project management is a critical feature of our home management system because bigger jobs need oversight.
